Registered Nurse (RN) - Short Stay Unit If you are passionate about providing efficient care for patients with short-term medical needs, join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Short Stay Unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing services to patients requiring brief hospitalization or observation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in their condition.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and comprehensive patient management.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records, adhering to regulatory standards. Work Environment:
